We surveyed the site to get the exising house into our software

Planning Drawings (Stage 1)

We designed the plans for a 2 storey side extension.

Downstairs this added a Cinema Room, Pantry and a larger Hallway

Upstairs this added 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom making it a 4 bedroom family home

We submitted the Planning Application for this 2 storey side extension 

Planning permission was granted by Medway Planning

Building Regs Drawings (Stage 2) 

We liaised with LG Design who created the structural calculations

Next we created the Stage 2 Building Regs Drawings (how to build) Plans 

The Calcs and Building Regs Drawings were then submitted to STGBC

Drainage Plans

Drainage Plans were created and submitted to Southern Water for a Build Over agreement

This was needed to move an inspection hatch and divert the shared drain
